We booked this awesome house last minute, when our hotel reservations did not meet our expectations. Matt was will to accommodate a very last minute booking, literally 90 minutes before we arrived! House was perfect and clean

We had the best time!! The house is great/ everything we needed for our family vacation. The location is also perfect. Central to everything . We would definitely stay there again.

Matt was a wonderful host, so friendly, responsive and accommodating to all our needs. His house was more beautiful in person with an amazing view from the dining table, located in a peaceful neighborhood minutes away from Balboa Park. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and puppy! We had a really relaxing time cooking/grilling and exploring local eats. We would definitely book his house again in the future. If I could give Matt’s place 10 stars I would! It was a private, tranquil and beautifully appointed space both inside and out. No detail was overlooked in the designing of this desert oasis. There was so much fun to be had between the hot-tub, pool, bball court, pickleball court and game room. The backyard star gazing at night was spectacular! The beds and linens were luxurious and the home was spotless and comfortable. Matt’s place was above and beyond what I expected and we will plan a several night stay the next time we’re in the area. I would highly recommend booking here and of course don’t miss a trip to the Joshua Tree National Forest, it’s absolutely breathtaking and a must see!

What a wonderful house! The jacuzzi was nice with a large tv. A lot of activities to do, pickle ball, ping pong, pool, jacuzzi, sun bathing, etc. a good size pool.

We came across the listing for Matt’s property in Yucca Valley while searching for a rental that has more friendly noise ordinances compared to that of Palm Springs. After a short stint off-road that Matt mentioned in the notes and listing, we arrived at his rental in an area just secluded enough to appreciate the surroundings but not surrounded by cars and people. The property was just as he described and it was well stocked and documentation was provided for all the features of the home. Matt was very responsive and understanding to small issues and questions we had including being very accommodating to us having heat the pool for only a day. In no way is it close to Downtown Palm Springs and seriously think about the 44-minute drive one way before booking this home with Downtown PS plans, but this property was so stunning that it really makes you question if those Palm Springs plans are needed at all when you can just chill at the home instead.

Our family absolutely loved this house. We came with our adult sons and had plenty of space. The layout is perfect for families with kids who like separate spaces to relax. A separate TV, game room was great. Our favorite thing about the house was the outdoor space. The pool and hot tub were clean and perfect after our morning hikes. Matt was super responsive and got back to me within minutes with any questions I had. We can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at Matt's place may have been our most relaxing vacation to date. Our family of 3 enjoyed many hours of Marco Polo in the pool, pickleball, pingpong and arcade games - all without leaving the property. A special thank you to Matt for being so kind and responsive throughout our 4 night stay.

We absolutely loved staying in this house!!! Matt, the host was very friendly and helpful. The house is beautifully done and maintained very well and is exactly as the photos show. Lovely views. Excellent location for getting around San Diego. Our family of five were very comfortable here and we will definitely look forward to coming back to stay here again !!
