This was a great place to stay. Matt was very responsive. The house was just as described. It was nice to have two separate living room spaces, especially because we brought our teenagers. They stayed in the entertainment part of the house and kept busy with the games and ping pong table while the adults stayed in the more relaxed side by the fireplace. Very quiet neighborhood and good views of the mountain. I can’t wait to return this summer!

Lovely home with a good view, good amenities, and lots of common areas to hang out in. Very convenient location to drive to main San Deigo attractions from, though not super walkable to many places. Matt was also very friendly and helpful.

Matt’s place was everything we wanted and more. From the spacious rooms and a beautiful outdoor living area. The pool and hot tube were so inviting. Especially at night with the light and steam rising up. Definitely recommend to all our family and friends

Matt's place is just as depicted - beautiful, modern and with all you need. My family of 6 stayed here over Christmas and it had everything we needed to cook a proper Christmas dinner. The location is very central - only a 5-minute drive from the airport - and we were able to walk down to Little Italy/downtown for some great sightseeing. There was even a great empty lot with a trail just up the street for my dog to get his exercise in.
I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting San Diego.

Thank you, Matt, for hosting us! Your place was beautiful and comfortable for all. My kids enjoyed the heated pool and game room. Staying here made our trip to Sedona fun and memorable.

Having spent 40 years of my life living in San Diego, I can tell you this is one of the single best Airbnb’s that you can stay at. The location is spectacular. The view is unlike anything else. The neighborhood is a wonderful location and is extremely peaceful. I can’t think of any critical feedback to give and emphasize my perfect score. My only hesitation leaving this review is that other people will book it during the weeks we plan to visit home.

The house was beautiful - just as shown in the pictures. The views were amazing and it felt cozy while having high class furnishings.

Matthew's house was AMAZING in all aspects! His communication with us prior to, and during our stay, was timely, efficient and so thorough and helpful. The house was clean upon arrival and the setting and amenities were amazing. Coming from MI, it was a delight to enjoy the landscaping and cloudless blue skies of Yucca Valley! We enjoyed the fire pit in the coolness of each morning with delicious, local coffee, in hand. We stayed with a group of 4 pickleball playing friends and all reported comfortable sleeping arrangements, including the murphy bed and pull-out couch. We loved the BIG things - like the PB court and pool, and appreciated the little touches like robes, well stocked spices for cooking, and full sized bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Book the stay - you won't regret it!! Thanks for having us Matthew!

10/10 stay and would stay again! The perfect location to relax and also have quick access to the parks and main strip. The house was spotless and kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Our group took full advantage of the pickleball court, stargazing deck, pool, outdoor fireplace, ping pong table, hot tub - seriously this place had everything! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better host. Communicating is 5/5 always prompt and helpful. Location is prime 5/5 private little oasis.but still close to basic needs. It’s just a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. The home is a minimalist luxurious curated home. Warm neutral interior decor with thoughtful lighting throughout. The layout of the home is unique and features natural lighting throughout. It compliments its natural landscape perfectly! The backyard is your own private mini resort style escape. The pool with its fire pit out back is perfect for gathering. This place is a 10/10. It’s a gem with so much to do. It was hard to leave lol what are you waiting for?!? Book it now.
