What a wonderful house! The jacuzzi was nice with a large tv. A lot of activities to do, pickle ball, ping pong, pool, jacuzzi, sun bathing, etc. a good size pool.

We came across the listing for Matt’s property in Yucca Valley while searching for a rental that has more friendly noise ordinances compared to that of Palm Springs. After a short stint off-road that Matt mentioned in the notes and listing, we arrived at his rental in an area just secluded enough to appreciate the surroundings but not surrounded by cars and people. The property was just as he described and it was well stocked and documentation was provided for all the features of the home. Matt was very responsive and understanding to small issues and questions we had including being very accommodating to us having heat the pool for only a day. In no way is it close to Downtown Palm Springs and seriously think about the 44-minute drive one way before booking this home with Downtown PS plans, but this property was so stunning that it really makes you question if those Palm Springs plans are needed at all when you can just chill at the home instead.
