When you walk into Ventana Roja, you are immediately drawn to the large beautiful mid-century picture window framing in Thunder Mountain's peak. You are surrounded by beautiful desert landscape as well as numerous species of lush trees. Take in all the mid-century design features as well as one of a kind curated styling throughout to make the space cozy and relaxing. There is ample deck space out back that includes a fire pit with Adirondack chairs for relaxing by the fire and making s'mores, a large gazebo with covered dining for 8, the most comfortable hammock for stargazing or napping, as well as numerous yard games and space to explore! The entire kitchen and home has been stocked with all the essentials and more! MAIN FLOOR *Bedroom #1 with en suite full bathroom #1 has a King size Tuft & Needle Mint mattress with soft sheets and plush bedding/pillows *Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed with soft sheets and plush bedding/pillows *Bedroom #3 has a Queen Tuft & Needle mattress with soft sheets and plush bedding/pillows. This room includes the interior door to the stairs to the upper and lower levels from the interior of the house. There is a private exterior entrance to the Upper/Lower levels as well if needed for privacy in the Queen size guest room *Full Bathroom #2 with tub/shower combo *Fully stocked kitchen with coffee, drip coffee maker, french press, and all the pots, pans, utensils, cooking basics you'll need to make a gourmet meal. *Dining table with seating for 8 *Living Room with 65" TV and Sonos sound, electric fireplace for cozy nights UPPER LEVEL *Bedroom #4 King Bed with soft sheets and plush bedding/pillows *Bedroom #5 King Bed with soft sheets and plush bedding/pillows *Yoga Room with 6 yoga matts and TV to practice with a guide *Full Bathroom #3 with hydrostatic rainfall shower LOWER LEVEL *Rec Room space with 70" TV and Sonos sound.
